This place exceeded our expectations! The beachfront location grants stunning sunrises and easy access to pristine sands. The staff was friendly and attentive, with exceptional breakfast options at Ziggy's. Our spacious rooftop room with a jacuzzi was a perfect private retreat. Free yoga daily enhances the experience—can't wait to return!

Extraordinary beach access and comfy sunbeds made relaxation effortless. friendly and responsive staff consistently enhanced the experience.

While well-situated, some rooms could use a style refresh. the dining options were a bit pricey for what was offered.

overpriced spa

the Beach in Tulum promised paradise, but I found absoluteley nothing special. staff was too laid back for my taste, and when I asked for a shave-kit, they suggested I buy one myself—really? for over $1,000 a night? ! also, the spa charges $250 for a massage while the neighbor does $45! I just couldn’t recommend this place.

the beach was incredible, with a great vibe and super welcoming staff. we loved the rooftop jacuzzi and how responsive the staff were through whatsapp, making our stay feel personalized. the breakfast options were on point, offering a broad menu like huevos rancheros and fresh juice.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous.

Our Beachfront Rooftop room felt like a dream with panoramic ocean views to wake up to every day! The rooftop jacuzzi was a total delight, especially under the stars after a sun-soaked day. Breakfast at Fresco’s was a feast, think huevos rancheros and fresh juices that had us coming back for more.
